DPR RI memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam sistem pemerintahan di Indonesia, sehingga kinerja sumber daya manusia juga sangat penting. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja dan keterikatan pegawai terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di DPR RI khususnya di Komisi 10. Penelitian ini menggunakan 32 responden. Mereka ahli di Komisi 10 DPR RI. Penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja dan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja para ahli.References
