Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kompetensi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal SDA Kementerian PUPR. Untuk keperluan analisis penelitian dihimpun data melalui survei kepada 104 orang responden yang merupakan PNS di Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal SDA Kementerian PUPR. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.References
