As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
Author Guidelines
Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen and Ekonomika manuscript preparation and style guidelines follow American Psychological Association (APA)Â formatting and style guide (www.apastyle.org) with a slight modification as follows:
Format
The manuscripts should be typed in A4 with 3 cm page margin (right, left, top, bottom). The manuscript should use 11-point Arial font for the main body of the article and 16 -point Arial for the title. Paragraph spacing must be 1.15 line-spaced, except indented quotations. All pages, including tables, appendices and references, should be consistently numbered. The manuscript must be saved and submitted as a word file.

Language
The manuscript must be written in good academic English or Bahasa Indonesia. Effective, straightforward and communicative language (easy to understand) is highly preferred. Authors for whom English is not their native language are encouraged to have their paper checked before submission for grammar and clarity. Author who submitted their manuscript in Bahasa Indonesia and accepted for publication will be provided with assistance to translate in English with the applicable provisions.
Article Length & Title
To provide sufficient understanding, the article should be between 4000 and 6000 words. The allowable length of the manuscript is at Editor’s discretion The word count excludes table, figures, and references. Choice of words in the title should reflect the content of the manuscript, specific and effective. The title should not exceed 15 words.
Author name and Affiliations
Maximum author(s) allowed is 3 (three) with the full name of each author (no title required, just full name), affiliation and email address.
Abstract & Keywords
Abstract written in English and should have information about the manuscript’s objective, its method, its findings, and implications of the study. The maximum length of abstract is 300 words. Keywords should be provided after the abstract. Authors should select a maximum of 5 keywords that reflect specific theme and study areas of the articles.
Main Body
The basic rules for layout of the manuscript should have the main headings as follows:

JIME accept original manuscript that has not previously published or written by another person in academic journals or conference proceeding. In terms of conference proceedings, unless it has additional 40% content difference, the editor will automatically declined the submission.
